Registration

Registration will be simple!

Because this special event is designed to be very intimate and unique, we are limiting spaces to only 45 persons. Registration, therefore, will be very straightforward. Simply click here to register to join us and be part of this momentous event. If you have any questions, you can contact Diane Labrecque, the organizer and director of TUUFF, at diane.labrecque@videotron.ca or you can call her at 1 (514) 774-7733 in Montreal, Canada.

When you register, you will have the option to pay your trip in one full payment or you can also make a payment of $1,000 USD in order to seal in your registration. This will guarantee that your place is officially reserved since there are limited places available. You will then have to pay the balance owed by March 31, 2020, which will allow us to complete all the payments that will be due for the whole group.

We look forward to another very exciting, unique and transforming pilgrimage to the Holy Land of Jesus in Israel! May God and Jesus bless each and every one of this privileged group of UB readers who will be taking part in the inauguration of the Jubilee of Jubilees on Urantia just as it is celebrated throughout our whole Local Universe of Nebadon.

Cancellation Policy: Up until three months before the event (February 9, 2020), cancellations will be fully refunded minus $250 USD per person, to cover for the registration and processing fees incurred. Up until two months minus one day before the event (March 8, 2020), cancellations will be refunded only 50% of the sum paid due to some unrefundable payments having already been made. From April 8, 2020 until the event held from May 9-23, 2020 no refunds will be given, because all costs for the trip will have been paid to the various providers and they will issue no refund to us.

Disclaimer:Travel insurance is not included in the price of the trip but is recommended and left to the discretion of the travelers. Consequently, the organizers do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to any person or property regarding airline carrier, lodging, meals or transportation included in the pilgrimage.

Passport requirement: Every member on the trip must personally ensure that your passport is good for at least 6 months after your departure date in Israel. Their law specifically emphasizes that point, and so your passport must be good for at least until November 23, 2020 or later.
